When will my order(s) ship?

All in stock designs ship in 1 - 3 business days. Made to order designs approximately take 2 - 4 weeks to be handmade from start to finish. This estimated time frame may vary depending on holidays, sales, postal delays and other events.

Once your order(s) ship you will receive and email confirmation with tracking information. All orders are shipped with USPS.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?

Alexandrea Anissa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders and will not replace orders under these circumstances.

If the shipping address provided was entered incorrectly at checkout or if you moved since placing your order Alexandrea Anissa will not replace the order sent to the wrong address.

Do I have to pay international taxes and fees?

All international customers are responsible for any custom taxes, duties and fees that apply within their country. Alexandrea Anissa refuses to mark any order a gift.

Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit?

All sales are final. Since lingerie is worn so close to the body Alexandrea Anissa does not offer returns, exchanges, order cancellations or refunds. In the rare occasion if your handmade design was sent with a sewing error or the wrong design was sent please contact us immediately.
